What Arxak is
Arxak is a relocation planning tool in sandbox beta. It provides indicative cost estimates and provider recommendations to help you make informed decisions about a cross-border move. It is not a licensed financial advisor, visa consultant, legal advisor, or regulated money transfer service.
No money movement
Arxak does not hold, transfer, or process money. All financial transactions happen directly between you and the third-party providers recommended in your plan. Arxak earns referral fees from some of these providers (see affiliate disclosure in our Privacy Policy).
Indicative information only
Cost estimates, savings figures, and rate information shown in your plan are indicative and based on publicly available data. They are shown before confirmation and may not reflect real-time pricing. Always verify costs directly with providers before committing to any payment.
No warranty
Arxak is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the plan generated will be complete, accurate, or suited to your specific circumstances. Visa rules and provider terms change frequently — verify requirements with official government sources before applying.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arxak and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on plan recommendations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Arxak after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified via email if you have provided one.
