Before payment

Your brief is free. Arxak reviews delivery capacity, dates, responsibilities and cancellation terms. An approved scope must appear in your workspace before you can pay. The buyer confirms authority to purchase for the named organization.

Management and fulfillment

The fixed management fees are US$10,000, US$17,500 or US$25,000 for the stated gathering and city limits. Venue hire, meals, hosts, materials and advertising are excluded. A budget cap is not a supplier quote. A participant request is not a booking.

Each supplier requires an itemized quote, buyer approval and confirmed booking. Supplier payments are handled as separately agreed; the workspace records them but does not automatically transfer funds to suppliers. No additional tax is collected in this management checkout under the current merchant configuration.

Delivery

The 30-, 45- or 60-day window begins after payment, complete inputs and readiness confirmation. Exact dates and responsibilities are recorded in the approved scope. Businesses provide an audience or agree a separate recruitment plan. Arxak does not guarantee turnout, acquisition, sales or profit.

Cancellation and changes

If Arxak declines the brief before work starts, the management payment is refunded. Cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, cancellation follows the approved scope, work already delivered, unavoidable third-party costs and applicable rights. Scope increases require a new agreement; there is no automatic renewal. Contact contact@arxak.com with your campaign reference.

Participants and reporting

Participation is voluntary. Sponsor contact permission is separate and optional. Reports distinguish requests, accepted participants and organizer-recorded physical attendance. Attendance does not establish customer acquisition or sales. Participant information is not sold.
