Planned digital and human services

Want premium sessions, Orderbook case handling and Loop paid enrolment are not open. A future offer must disclose the precise deliverable, start and completion timing, support route, total fee, cancellation and refund terms before payment.

On-site work and physical objects

Capacity has not confirmed a qualified delivery partner or bookable assessment. Maison has not confirmed a maker, prototype or production schedule. No installation, manufacturing slot, edition number or shipment is promised or reserved.

Refunds and cancellation

There is no charge to refund for these previews. Future offers need service-specific policies; we will not apply an unpublished blanket “no refunds” rule. If you believe you have been charged in connection with Arxak, email contact@arxak.com with the date, amount and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords or bank credentials. This page does not change existing contracts or mandatory consumer rights.

Orderbook’s proposed fee

The proposed US$29 upfront fee would be credited against 15% of recovered funds, capped at US$75 in total. The US$29 minimum would be retained for delivered handling work even if recovery is unsuccessful. Cancellation and work not delivered must be addressed in the purchase agreement. No cases are being sold now.
