ARXAK Make it real is an early-access planning and coordination service provided by Arxak Pte Ltd, Singapore.
Your plan and provider arrangements
Planning suggestions, illustrations, allocations, date polls and recipes do not reserve a service or establish a contract with a provider. Check suitability, availability, the full price and provider terms before purchase. ARXAK collects payment only for individually approved offerings sold and operated by ARXAK whose payment, fulfilment and tax setup is complete. Independent provider bookings follow that provider’s terms.
Group events and photo wishes
New photo wishes must belong to an existing group plan or event. The organizer and current group participants can view them; event access requires host acceptance. New group wishes cannot be shared through a public wishlist link. Legacy personal wishes retain their existing sharing settings.
Event listings collect adult participation requests, not investments or collected funds. The host supplies the quote, suitability, capacity and terms. An attendance target reached is not a confirmed booking or funding result. Guest shares remain fixed; hosts cover unfilled places if they proceed. No monetary cancellation penalty is currently charged. Requests, approvals, cancellations, offers to buy and buyer-reported purchases are coordination records. Payment, refund and delivery obligations with external providers remain separate.
Customer-entered records
Quotes, booking references, preparation steps and completion feedback are recorded by you. ARXAK does not independently verify them. A “booking recorded” label means you stated that you booked directly; it does not mean ARXAK executed or confirmed the booking.
Meeting people
People discovery and invitations are for adults aged 18 or older. Use your own accurate profile and obtain permission for uploaded content. Do not impersonate, harass, threaten, solicit unlawful activity or disclose someone else’s private information. Being listed, matched or accepted is not an identity check or a guarantee of safety. Choose public meeting places. You can pause discovery, block profiles and record a report.
Sharing and content
Share only details you are entitled to disclose. Publish content and concepts you have the right to use. Do not use invitations to harass people or publish personal information about others without permission. Published recipes are not guaranteed outcomes or verified supplier offers.
Service availability
Early-access features may change or be interrupted. Keep an export of important plans and preserve the provider's own confirmation. Contact contact@arxak.com for product help. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Founding Host Setup
The US$49 one-time service covers one event page, invitation copy, an attendance workflow, a running order, arrival checklist and follow-up copy, plus one revision requested within seven days of delivery. Review and accept the scope before paying through Stripe. Total US$49 once; no additional tax is collected at checkout. If Arxak cannot fulfil your brief, the setup fee is refunded. Delivery is within three business days of payment and complete inputs. Hosting, a venue, materials, advertising and guaranteed ticket sales are excluded. Cancel before work starts for a full refund; if Arxak declines or cannot deliver the agreed setup, the setup fee is refunded. Later cancellation requests follow the agreed scope and applicable consumer rights. Submitting a request is not a paid order or an automatically renewing agreement.
Enabled payment offers
A separately enabled ARXAK event checkout is governed by the event's displayed payment terms and our payment, cancellation and refund policy. These terms must be accepted before requesting a place. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Other events retain their participation-only status. Google and Apple sign-in remain subject to completion of their account configuration.
Commercial offer previews
Host Flex, Host Pro, digital packs and host-created extras are proposed paid offerings. Saving a selection does not create a purchase, subscription, reservation, payment obligation or paid entitlement. No new commerce checkout is enabled. Existing planning remains free. Guests still require host acceptance; selecting a package does not bypass capacity or consent. Any future payment will require a fresh price review, seller identification, fulfilment terms and explicit authorisation. Price previews show their currency and whether the fee is one-time or recurring; processing fees and applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. No Host Flex commission or Host Pro recurring fee accrues in early access.
Google Maps content
Place names, addresses, coordinates and Google Maps links marked with Google Maps attribution are Google Maps Platform content and remain subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms. ARXAK does not claim that a mapped place has current availability, a particular price or a scheduled event. Check current details with Google Maps and the venue before travelling or paying.
